phillipines!


I gotta declare:


I HATE TAKING


AEROPLANES


It so hurts my ears evertime it's about to land.


Well anyway,


we took last friday's night flight after my dance


practice.It was a.m. actually.


1.20am flight of saturday.


No choice, cause we were treated by my father's


friend, we took the budget airline.


Cebu Pacific airways at the budget terminal.


It was a 3hrs and 30mins flight to


Clarke of Phillipines.


We reached at about 5am


(no time difference between phil and s'pore)


Had a driver waiting for us.


It was like a marathon.


After the flight, took the van all the way to Baguio.


Another 5hrs journey.


We stopped a few times cause my elder sister


felt like vomiting/headache.


It happenes all the time after she takes aeroplanes.


Baguio is a little similar to Cameron Highlands.


It is on a mountain.


So after we reached Baguio, we went to have lunch.


Think it was called rose cafe or something.


It was a chinese restaurant but of course the taste it quite


different from singapore's.


I ordered fried noodles and it was very oily.


Not cooking oil,olive oil.


and more then half the plate was vegetables.


YUCK.


Then we went to check-in our hotel.


Hotel Supreme.


Our room was quite big cause it was family suite.

did I mention their tv had alot of taiwan channels?


LOL
We rested a while before going to the strawberry farm.


Nothing much to see..


My mom bought 1kilo of strawberries though.


We then went to have dinner!


Wasted one hour cause of traffic jam.


Then we went back hotel.


Watch tv before sleeping.


Day 2


woke up at around 7 or 7.30


ooh!And i forgot to say.


The sun rises and sets earlier here in phillipines.


about 6.30 here would be as bright as about maybe


8 in s'pore?


Went to lobby for breakfast.


Went to sat down at an empty seat.


And our waiter's name was called Archie.


LOL.Like Archie comics?


But he looks very different.


(Yes, I'm this random)


I ordered bacon,eggs,bread and hot chocolate.


It was a set.


Again the bacon was oily and full of olive oil.


It turned out that hot chocolate was actually Milo.


Milo=Hot chocolate

And off we set out for the day.


Wait...


Where did we go.


Can't remember.


Ahh!


We went to their military school.


Saw a sundial there.


All the army are voluntary,


and there are females!


I took a photo with one.


I shall post it in my next posts.


It was lunch agn.


Some dim sum restaurant?


Then we went to see mansion parks


all the expensive hotels and stuff


then went to the nearby shops.


We only went to a shop that sells tidbits and stuff.


All the prices were in USD.OO?


Weird.


Then we went to the minesfield park.


Saw the mines and stuff.


Then we went to the opening ceremony


(ARRGH!How you spell it?)


of a new hotel of my dad's friend.


He got a lot of friends in phillipines.


We sneaked up to have a look before


the ceremony started.


Not really a ceremony.


Just the cutting ribbon thing.


It was expensive i tell you.


One night for a room.


7000pesos


divide it by 30 to get SGD's rate


Then they served red wine.


I didn't drink.I don't drink =)


Then there was lemonade.


Sheesh.


They added alcohol in the lemonade


wa super thirsty so drank it.


Who knows, they had sarsi after that.


I tell you don't ever drink their sarsi.


Not nice.


Then part of the ceremony,


they threw coins!Money!!!


We picked up a total of 70.10pesos!


WOOTS!!!
